Terms & Returns Policy

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
It will be the returnee's responsibility to ensure the return is appropriately packaged, and arrange postage at the returnee's cost. This can be arranged privately, or via our returns service with a £5.00 returns fee.
To return an item, contact our sales team and we will provide a returns form and shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- We also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange for any items used or opened.
- Any shipping paid on your initial order is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by our sales team.
